Hand Grinding Acme Thread Tool Bit

In this video I show how I grind a high speed steel tool bit to machine an internal acme 5 thread. We use a Starrett acme pitch gage, Starrett machinist square, and protractor. Hand ground on the 12' pedestal grinder. Look for a follow up video on the thread cutting.
