Kate Davies -- The Sacred Pause

Using the Buddhist story of Angulimala as a backdrop, Dharma teacher Kate Davies discusses how the practice of slowing down and stopping can create the space for one's natural wisdom to emerge. By consciously creating more space between stimulus and response, practitioners can become agents of compassion and connection in a world so dominated by competitiveness and pressures for productivity.
