King Kong VPX (Data East, 1990) - Bigus MOD

King Kong is a pinball machine prototype by Data East from 1990. Only 9 units of this prototype were made and the machine never went into full production for various reasons. Mainly, the game design was never really finished and some people were saying the ramps were too steep or that the ball would get stuck in certain places. This pinball machine used alphanumeric score display instead of Dot Matrix Display. In this video, I am playing a Bigus mod of this game on Visual Pinball X. Although it never made it into the Arcades in the Early '90s , we are lucky enough to play it on VPX today in the comfort of our homes or cabinets!
