上級者は使っている【関数ヒント】超便利なのになぜか知られていない

みなさん「関数ヒント」という仕組みをご存知ですか？名前は知らなくても、たぶん見たことはあるはずです。セルに関数を入力しているとき、アクティブセルの下に関数の引数などが表示されるアレです。たとえば、VLOOKUP関数を入力していると、次のようなポップアップが表示されます。 VLOOKUP(検索値,範囲,列番号,[検索方法]) ときどき、関数を入力するときに[関数の挿入]ダイアログボックスを使う人を見かけますが、あのダイアログボックスは使わないほうがいいです。少なくとも、Excelのスキルを高めようと思うのなら、使うべきではありません。理由はたくさんありますが、[関数の挿入]ダイアログボックスを使うと"関数を組み合わせて使う"という発想が養われないからです。それでも関数の入力にダイアログボックスを使う方々は、よく「ダイアログボックスに引数名が表示されるので分かりやすい」と言いますが、いえいえ「関数ヒント」にも表示されますよ。さらに「関数ヒント」は、[関数の挿入]ダイアログボックスにはない便利機能が満載です。数式作成の上級者は必ず使っていますし、最近でも細かい仕様変更や機能拡張が行われています。本動画で「関数ヒント」の便利さをご紹介します。 ------------------------------------------------------------- Are you familiar with Formula ScreenTips in Excel?
