Rovaniemi in 5 Minutes | Santa, Snow & the Arctic Circle

Cross the Arctic Circle at Santa Claus Village, see the bridge named after a lumberjack’s candle, and discover how Rovaniemi was rebuilt after 1944 to Alvar Aalto’s plan. Then head into Lapland’s short blue winter days, meet reindeer and look up for the northern lights, which are never guaranteed. Arctic Circle or candle bridge—which would you do first? This is a five-minute introduction, not a five-minute walking route.
