2026 Leapmotor D19: China 1300km Luxury SUV The 2026 Leapmotor D19 is a full-size luxury SUV offered with both range-extended electric (EREV) and battery-electric (BEV) powertrains. Built on Leapmotor’s LEAP 4.0 architecture, the D19 measures 5,252 mm long, 1,995 mm wide, and 1,800 mm tall, with a 3,110 mm wheelbase. Depending on the configuration, it can be equipped with either a spacious 2+2+2 six-seat layout or a seven-seat arrangement, giving it a strong focus on family practicality and premium interior space. For the EREV versions, the D19 combines a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine serving as a range extender with dual electric motors and all-wheel drive. Depending on the variant, output ranges from around 408 hp to 536 hp, while 63.7 kWh and 80.3 kWh battery options are available. The larger configurations can provide up to 500 km of CLTC pure-electric driving range, while the combined CLTC range can reach approximately 1,300 km. The EREV models use an 800V electrical architecture designed to support fast charging and efficient long-distance driving. The fully electric D19 takes performance and range even further with dual- or triple-motor configurations producing up to 734 hp. A large 115 kWh CATL battery pack provides a claimed CLTC range of approximately 620 to 720 km, depending on the version. The quickest BEV configuration can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in as little as 3.94 seconds, making the D19 a high-performance option in the full-size luxury SUV segment while retaining the practicality of its large cabin and multiple seating configurations.
