DKR - 100% in 1:43:16 (3rd Place)

YES dude, finally stopped being a dumbdumb and finished a run without any massive mistakes in an OoB or minigame. this is a pretty wacky run on the whole, with T.T. amulet routing for dino domain (i decided to try it just once since i feel like i get out of FM more often), crazy wrong warp luck (though this still would have been 3rd place without the extra OW) and just some really good gameplay in some areas. i had gone a disproportionate amount of time without getting a dragon plane, so finally getting one and actually closing the run out at least decently feels great. that said, there are some very notable garbage patches in this run, particularly dino, sherbet 1, snow 2 and the beginning and end of dragon. i won't list individual tracks here since none of them lost more than 15s, but if you have a look around the run you can definitely find some baaad races in there. my run yesterday had a 30:05 sherbet 1 split with an extra tricky try (36s faster in terms of gameplay). despite this, i can at least say i finished well with an 18:06 FFL, my best ever in a run. i'm not done with this category by any means - the 1:42 is right there - but this is a big weight off my shoulders, and the largest PB cut i've had since going from a 1:50:43 to a 1:49:20, so to improve by this much at this level is pretty insane to say the least.
