Resident Evil (2002) is PEAK 2000s FUN | First Time Reaction

I finally watched Resident Evil (2002) for the first time! 🧟 After seeing the new Resident Evil movie, I figured it was the perfect time to go back to the beginning of the original movie franchise and see what I’ve been missing. I’m familiar with the Resident Evil universe mostly from watching my partner play Resident Evil 4 Remake, 7, Village, and Requiem — but somehow I had never seen this movie. And apparently I also went into this without realizing it was directed by Paul W.S. Anderson, which immediately got my attention because Mortal Kombat is one of my all-time favorite movies. (I know, I know, I can feel some of your eyes rolling lol... but both 1 & 2 are still such guilty pleasures of mine!) This movie gave me everything I wanted: nostalgia + a hot cast + early-2000s chaos = I'm hooked 😝 If you enjoyed hanging out with me, please consider subscribing. It helps keep the zombies fed. 🧟‍♂️🧠 Resident Evil fans — let me know what you thought of this movie when you first saw it, what you thought of the new one if you’ve seen it (keep it spoiler-free for others), and what video game references or connections completely flew over my head. Stay tuned for more horror reactions, rewatches, commentary & reviews coming soon. 👻 Chapters: 0:00 Intro 2:18 Reaction 51:20 Final Thoughts #ResidentEvil #MovieReaction #HorrorMovies #HorrorReaction Copyright / Fair Use: This video contains edited excerpts used for purposes of commentary, criticism, and review.
