Review of the Wave Tourer 2.0 inflatable paddle board.

I've had a Wave pro board previously and really liked it - I'm now looking for something easy to keep in the van and take away camping. Is this the board for me? From unpacking to putting away, with a gorgeous canal paddle to test it out. Will it be stable enough, or will Oti throw me overboard?!
