Natively Installing Windows 3.1 On "Modern" Hardware!

Hello viewers, Today i got Windows 3.1 on modern hardware! 2 computers will be used here, a Latitude 5500 and if that fails then a Optiplex 9020! The Laptop has intel 8th gen and the pc has intel 4th gen. Previously I tried XP, Vista, 7, and 8.x on the laptop which was successful but now were on dos based 3.1! The Latitude 5500 has nvme storage, 16gb ram, acpi 6.2, i7 8665u, uefi class 3, and usb 3 while the optiplex has uefi class 2, sata, intel q87 chipset, and i5 4590.
