Genshin Player Predicts WuWa's Meta (Friend Reacts)

In this video, i will be using my long expertise as a genshin impact and other gacha games youtuber for 6 years to try and blindly guess the power ranking of each wuthering waves character, just by looking at their desing for the first time (i never played the game and don't know any characters).
