How to Build a Deck Part 3; Backyard Makeover Episode 5

Hi, I'm Jess! I have been a landscape designer for 13 years now and I am on a mission to finally makeover our own backyard! This series will be showing the process of cleaning up, designing, and DIYing our dream space. In this episode, we are finishing the deck build project! I bought a deck kit from https://a-diy.com to create a new hangout space where we can lounge, set up a projector for a movie night by the fire-pit, and feel a bit more immersed in nature (once I plant it out more). The deck kit came precut with everything needed and simply required a drill! The leveling was the hardest part but assembling it couldn't have been easier.
