A 25-minute nature walk from the trailhead to the beach, filmed on location with no music and no AI. For the days you can't get to the lake put this on and take the walk with me, all the way out to the water. Perfect for your treadmill session! The trail follows a boardwalk out through the marsh and past the pond before it reaches the dunes near the lake. By that point the boards are covered in drifted sand, and a few more steps put you out on the beach. Location info: This is Black Pond Wildlife Management Area in Ellisburg, Jefferson County, on the eastern shore of the lake. The state manages all 551 acres for wildlife, and birds follow this whole stretch of shoreline when they migrate.
