คำอธิบาย / Description ไทย 🇹🇭 "สดุดีพระแม่ไทย" ถูกประพันธ์ขึ้นในปีพุทธศักราช 2562 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเฉลิมพระเกียรติสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง เนื่องในโอกาสวันเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษา 12 สิงหาคม บทเพลงนี้ได้รับเกียรติให้ใช้เป็นเพลงทางการสำหรับพิธีจุดเทียนถวายพระพรชัยมงคลทั่วประเทศเป็นครั้งแรกในปีเดียวกันนั้นเอง ทำนองประพันธ์โดย นายวิรัช อยู่ถาวร ซึ่งเป็นศิลปินแห่งชาติ สาขาศิลปะการแสดง (ดนตรีสากล) ในขณะที่เนื้อร้องประพันธ์โดย นายชัยรัตน์ วงศ์เกียรติขจร --- English 🇬🇧🇺🇸 "Hymn to the Queen Mother" also pronounced in Thai as "Saddudee Phra Mae Thai" (ไทย: สดุดีพระแม่ไทย) was composed in the year 2019 with the primary purpose of honoring Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother, on the occasion of her birthday on August 12th. In that same year, it was designated as the official anthem for the nationwide candle-lighting ceremonies held to celebrate this event.
