Modern Ice Hockey Culture Has Degenerated

no hate on the youngings trying to have fun. but TikTok culture has poisoned multiple generations of people that are separated by attitude. Modern Hockey calls for social standards of "sty" that will get you brain damage above the age of 14. Parents aren't helping. The appeal of ice hockey has been modernizing itself into "hockey is for everyone" but I Promise hockey is NOT for everyone. If you don't have drive to work hard, you will hold others back. if you can't get along with your teammates, it translates to the ice. Personal problems get LEFT BEHIND as soon as you leave the locker room. Accountability must be held EVEN ON YOUR BEST PLAYERS. Politics are also everywhere in youth sports, Hockey nonetheless. If you want your child to have the best hockey career he can, keep them away from becoming social media stars. Keep them away from building themselves an ego. A pass is sometimes the correct play over a shot.
