Can I Beat Pokemon Emerald with ONLY Petalburg Woods Pokemon

The Petalburg Woods is the first real challenge in Pokemon Emerald. It is very similar to the Viridian Forest. Here are a lot of Pokemon available like Wurmple, Shroomish, Slakoth, Poochyena and Taillow. I did a challenge in Pokemon ruby with only normal types, and one in pokemon sapphire with only poison types, so some of those Pokemon were already used once before, like Dustox and Slaking! Is it possible to beat Pokemon Emerald with only Pokemon from the Petalburg Woods? And I don't use any items in battle. So, no Full Restore or Revives while battling? Please enjoy!
