X4 Foundations EP 52 - Assault On The Vigor Syndicate

Episode 52 of X4 Foundations playthrough as "The Accomplished Scientist." In episode 49 I tried to take on the Vigor Syndicate the cheap way and it almost worked. Really, I just had to destroy one station, and I had the swarm attacking a big ball of laser towers and got the station down into the 30% region before the swarm caught on to it and I had to bail. Since then I spent some time off screen doing Argon vs Xenon missions where I take out a fleet and make anywhere from 17-20 million per mission. (Hint, I had a few times where there was only one capital left and there were no fighters or cruisers accompanying it... Easy money). Doing that plus my factory and solar farm chipping in and I was able to buy a Colossus E along with about 100 Boron fighters. They're about 1.4 million a pop so they're really cheap for a fighter, and it is an insurance policy in case the Syndicate swarm got on top of the attacking capitals because their use of missiles is insane and will shred most capitals rather quickly.
