yaesu ft290r mk1 issue no audio repair ham radio

I purchased a cheap yaesu ft290r 2 meter ssb transceiver got it back home, turned it on the following day and there was no audio but if i turned the volume up full it would start to crackle and that crackle would get louder to a point where the audio would come back so i decided it was probably ready for some new capacitotrs to be installed especially around the amplifier circuit. and to my delight it now works reliably.
