This Game Has Problems: Far Cry 2 Retrospective

Howdy Folks! Today we'll be exploring Far Cry 2, figuring out what went right and wrong for the sequel to the original game, even though it doesn't really have anything to do with Trigen or Kreiger. Far Cry 2 came out in 2008, and is impressive visually and mechanically, however, it suffers from so many problems, that it was hard not to be ultra critical. It does setup the amazing Far Cry 3, and does have some interesting sequences, but for every good thing, there is an equal and bad counterweight. I'd love to hear your thoughts on the game and if it was more enjoyable when it first released, rather than comparing it to the polished open worlds we have today.
