Game Theory has changed...

Petition Demanding That Lunar X Recognize the Unionizing of Team Theorist: https://www.change.org/p/petition-dem... It’s now been well over 2 YEARS since MatPat left Game Theory. And he recently let us know that as of December of 2024 he has had literally 0 role or influence over any of the theorist channels at all. All decisions both business wise and for the videos themselves are entirely in the hands of the remaining members of team theorist and more prominently, LunarX, the company Matt sold the channels to right before stepping down. So, now that the channels, Film Theory, Food Theory, Style theory and Game Theory have had time to fully establish themselves post MattPat how are they doing? Well atleast in terms of general audience sentiment… not great. Like i don’t know, even going to their own subreddit can be a somewhat harrowing experience. You’ll see alot of criticism for the new videos, and the TheoryVerse game theory subscription service they launched… I do think the channels have definitely changed these past 2 years. But i don’t think it’s fair to just say “game theory is bad now” and i also don't think these changes are as simple as everything falling apart just because matpat is gone. So I want this video to first, give a fair look at how the QUALITY and DIRECITON of the channels have changed, and most importantly by the end of this video show you exactly why thesee changes have taken place, and what I think can be done to fix them.
