SPOILERS FOR NETFLIX'S AVATAR: THE LAST AIRBENDER S1E2 "WARRIORS" LET'S GET ITTTT!!! This. ROCKED. And I'm thrilled that I'm still able to be blown away/surprised with this show! Welcome to my reactions to the LIVE ACTION ATLA adaptation from Netflix! At the time of writing this I am about halfway through the series, and even though I may have minor critiques, it's very clear that they have brought us a new, fresh take while remaining as faithful as possible to the original! What additions they do make, I have been loving for the most part! This new perspective of the story feels incredibly visceral and raw, and in many ways the live-action medium definitely elevates and heightens some of the humorous or dark moments. I think this series has found a great balance while tapping into the core elements of the story we all love!
