🏍️ Premium Bikes: Kharidna Aasaan, Afford Karna Mushkil? 💸
Premium motorcycles are a dream for many riders. But in today’s time, the real question is — are these bikes truly affordable, or have financial institutions just made them easier to buy?
In this episode of Let’s Talk Motorcycles, I discuss this topic with someone from a very different stage of life — a Gen Z rider who is 10 years younger than me, has only recently entered motorcycling, and started earning just 2 years ago.
That makes this conversation even more interesting, because we both look at premium motorcycles from very different perspectives.
On one side, premium motorcycles are getting more expensive because of high taxes, rising costs, insurance, maintenance and ownership expenses. On the other side, banks and financial institutions have made buying them easier than ever with attractive EMI plans, easy loans and flexible down payment options.
But does easy financing really mean a premium motorcycle is affordable?
In this video, we talk about:
🏍️ Affordability of premium motorcycles in India
💰 Impact of taxes on premium motorcycle pricing
🏦 How easy loans and EMIs are changing buying behaviour
🤔 Difference between “easy to buy” and “easy to afford”
👨🎓 A Gen Z perspective on premium motorcycle ownership
🏭 How buyers’ decisions and taxation affect manufacturers
❤️ Passion vs practicality in today’s motorcycle market
This is not just a discussion about motorcycles — it is also a discussion about mindset, money, priorities and how different generations look at the same dream differently.

Do you think premium motorcycles are actually becoming affordable?
Or have they simply become easier to finance?
And whose perspective do you relate to more — the experienced rider or the Gen Z buyer?
