In this video I compare three different price ranges of microphones, specifically looking at the RE20, SM7B, Podmic and the SM57. I aim to show that a more expensive microphone might not always be necessary to achieve good sound quality, especially when seeking the best microphone for your needs over want (or think you want). Hopefully help you find the best microphone for your budget - or a suitable podcast mic without overspending.
