Coaches also need motivation and support to grow more !!

Proud isn’t even the word. ❤️ Watching Mahesh bring home Gold and become the Overall Best Poser, Rafeeq win Bronze, Yuvraj make a strong comeback, and Rohit secure 4th place in his very first show this is what team growth looks like. But for me, the medals are only one part of the story. I’ve always believed that when someone works with you, their growth shouldn’t be limited to targets, sessions or revenue. They should have the support and freedom to grow as an individual, pursue their passion, build their own identity and become better at what they love. Mahesh’s journey reminds me why this matters. From starting as an assistant and simply observing, to standing on that stage and winning Gold, seeing that transformation makes me genuinely proud. Because when you create an environment where your people can grow, success becomes your success too. Proud of the entire team. This is just the beginning. 🏆 #TeamReformers #TheReformersStudio #TeamGrowth #CoachLife #athletemindset
