BEST SPELL at EACH LEVEL in Baldur's Gate 3

There can only be one! Ranking the Best Spell at Each Level in Baldur's Gate 3! I do give honorable mentions as a few of these are close, and some levels are kinda bland for what they give (like 2 and 4) but across the board there are 6 spells that stand out as the best in their level for what they can set the player up to do.
