The Ride Is the Destination | Can-Am Spyder on Michigan Backroads | Ride 1 Leg 1

Welcome to Ride 1, Leg 1 of The Ride Is the Destination. Come along with me and Jaie Blue, my 2025 Mineral Blue Can-Am Spyder RT Limited, as we leave the main roads behind and explore the backroads of West Michigan. This series is about experiencing motorcycle riding a little differently. There is no commentary, just background music, occasional information along the way, and the open road. Just me, you & Jaie Blue. Ride 1 begins on Orchard Street in Belding, Michigan, before we make a stop to refuel Jaie Blue and get ready for the road ahead. Not long after getting underway, we spot another Can-Am Spyder out enjoying the road before turning south onto Whites Bridge Road. Along the way, a Jeep decides it needs to get around us before we turn west onto Button Road in Smyrna, Michigan. As Button Road becomes 6 Mile Road, the pace settles down and the reason behind The Ride Is the Destination really starts to show itself. There doesn't always have to be a destination. Sometimes a motorcycle ride is simply about enjoying the journey—looking up at the Michigan sky, watching the trees pass by, riding alongside open fields and taking in the scenery of Michigan's country roads. From the seat of a Can-Am Spyder RT Limited, even an ordinary West Michigan backroad can become part of the adventure. For anyone who enjoys Can-Am Spyder riding, three-wheel motorcycles, motorcycle touring, scenic motorcycle rides, Michigan backroads, relaxing motorcycle POV videos, country roads and open-road adventures, this series is an invitation to ride along. Whether you're a current Spyder rider, considering a Can-Am Spyder, or simply enjoy watching peaceful motorcycle road trips through Michigan, climb aboard and enjoy the scenery with us. We eventually turn south onto Lincoln Lake Road, where Ride 1 • Leg 1 comes to an end. But the ride isn't over. Ride 1 continues in Leg 2.
