RAILFEST 2014 PLANT CITY FLORIDA

This is my 1,000th video I made of the first annual Railfest in historic downtown Plant City Florida on February 8, 2014. This video shows the ceremony and the people that made Plant City come to life for the true rail enthusiasts that loves trains. A new railroad museum and train viewing platform and tower with an elevator for disabled people to get to the second story to view trains from above. This is one of a kind must see. Plant City is the place to be and with more trains scheduled to start flowing through Plant City this late spring because of a new rail yard opening soon and Sunrail commuter trains scheduled to open May 1, 2014 will make Plant City on the top of the list to be the best place to view trains up close and high. Even bad weather did not stop people to come to the grand opening and celebration for trains in which Plant City has to offer. More stuff is coming to the new platform and museum in the very near future and will only get better. So please watch and enjoy my home town and favorite rail viewing spot that will sure become a hot spot for all train enthusiasts out there. Also music in this video is by the local band Faces South which performed at this festival.
