How to make Bubble Tea Candles

i miss going out for bubble tea with my friends :( so i make bubble tea candle friends during quarantine LOL :3 hope you guys enjoy this easy fun & cheap DIY! It was hard to figure out all the right steps to make the tapioca but was so worth it hehe! Coconut oil + making black dots with the crayon is the way to go!
