(Matthew 22:1–14): Jesus tells the Parable of the Wedding Feast. • Do Not Take God’s Invitation for Granted: In the parable, the people who refused the king's call were not always doing evil things; rather, they were simply preoccupied with their daily chores, farms, and businesses. It reminds us how easy it is to let busyness crowd out God. • An Open and Inclusive Call: God's grace and salvation are offered to everyone—good and bad alike, from the main roads and crossroads. • The Wedding Garment (Transformation): Entering the banquet requires more than just showing up; the wedding garment symbolizes a true transformation of heart, repentance, faith put into action, and lives marked by charity and love. • Finding Strength in Christ: Echoing Saint Paul, we are reminded that true joy and resilience do not come from material comforts or external ease, but from the grace of Jesus Christ.
