Centre Frequency, fo
BPF are geometrically symmetrical (normally).
Centre frequency of a filter always refer to the geometric centre
Stopband Cutoff Frequency, fS
The frequency at which the minimum required attenuation is specified.
The quality factor (Q) of the resonator is used to describe the selectivity of the filter and can be characterized as the frequency of the resonator divided by the bandwidth of the resonator.
The higher the Q (the "Quality"), the sharper the resonance is. Numerically, the Q-factor is the relation between center frequency and the 3 dB-bandwidth. In LC-resonant circuits it is also the relation between the L and C-impedances and the damping or feeding resistor R.
