pwd Print Working Directory ls List: Shows all the files anf folders cd Change Directory: Switches your active folder. cd Documents or cd .. (goes up one level) mkdir Make Directory: Creates a brand new, empty folder touch Touch: Creates a new, completely blank file. touch note.txt rm Remove: Deletes a file permanently. rm note.txt (Use rm -r foldername to delete a folder)
