American Girl Rooted in Wuhan Reflects on Year of Change As 2022 Draws to Close

An American expat who has made her home in central China's Wuhan has shared her experiences of living in China in a special vlog post reflecting on the past year as 2022 draws to a close. Originally hailing from the U.S., Marissa Siu has now been living in China for five years. While the past 12 months may have been a difficult time for many, Marissa said she will forever look back fondly on 2022 after getting married to her long-term partner earlier this year.
