Warning: Lots of tracking issues. It gets better after the first few minutes. Also, about a minute of black at 42 min mark then it comes back. This was a jam that was held probably 1998 or 99. Downtown Orlando. I think this place was the restaurant/venue Wah Lee's, but maybe someone can clarify If anyone has any more info on the event or bboys that I didn't identify, comment below.
