South Carolina Megaprojects That Are Going To Transform the State

South Carolina is in the middle of a building spree — and not all of it is going to work out. In this video we count down 15 major projects reshaping the state, ranked from the safest bet to the biggest gamble: car plants, battery factories, a new container terminal, interstates, data centers, nuclear reactors, and one building on an old Cold War site that may end up the most expensive ever put up in America. Each one gets a straight verdict — built, being built, or still just paperwork and promises. Some are already open and running. Others have swallowed billions and produced nothing at all. Watch to the end for number one, and tell us in the comments which of these you'd bet against.
