Shri Ran Mukteshwar Mahadev Temple: Ancient Shivling of Debt Liberation & The Tapasya of Shri Madanmohan Mishra Ji | Ahmedabad श्री रण मुक्तेश्वर ( ऋण मुक्तेश्वर ) महादेव का मंदिर अहमदाबाद के हाशोल गाँव में साबरमती नदी के तट पर आया हुआ है। इस मंदिर का उल्लेख पुराणों में मिलता है। जब इंद्र देव ने महादेव के पास जा कर अपना ऋण मुक्त करने के बारे में मार्गदर्शन पूछा तो महादेव ने इशी शिवलिंग की पूजा करने के लिए कहा था।और इंद्र देव ने जब से इस शिवलिंग की पूजा की तब से यह शिवलिंग ऋण मुक्तेश्वर के नाम से जाना गया। जो कि अब रण मुक्तेश्वर से प्रसिद्ध है। यानी हजारो साल पुराना ये शिवलिंग है। 1963 में पूज्य श्री मदनमोहन मिश्रा जी महाराज आये और उन्होंने यह स्थान का नवनिर्माण करवाया। उन्होंने यहा भारी तपस्या की। वे बड़े शिद्ध संत थे। यहा मंदिर के परिसर में वो नवरात्रि में 9 दिन साधना करते थे। वो इतने सामर्थ वान थे कि साधक सिर्फ दृष्टि से सक्तिपात करते थे। Shri Ran Mukteshwar (Rin Mukteshwar) Mahadev Temple is located on the banks of the Sabarmati River in Hashol village, Ahmedabad. This ancient temple is mentioned in the Puranas, where Indra Dev sought Lord Shiva's guidance for clearing his debts. Lord Shiva instructed him to worship this Shivling, which led to the temple being known as Rin Mukteshwar. This Shivling is thousands of years old and is now famous as Ran Mukteshwar Mahadev. In 1963, Pujya Shri Madanmohan Mishra Ji Maharaj reconstructed the temple and performed intense penance here. His Samadhi and statue are still in the temple, and devotees feel his divine presence even today. The temple has no doors and is never closed, allowing devotees to visit anytime for Darshan. Special Bhandara (community meals) is held on Mondays, Thursdays, and Purnima, while Ram Navami and Shivratri are celebrated with great devotion.
