📌 Learn more about integrative psychiatric care at https://www.enhancepsych.com If every answer to your anxiety is just another prescription, you probably need a new doctor. That's coming from a psychiatrist who prescribes anxiety medication every day. Medication can help, but if nobody is asking why you're anxious or why your last three treatments didn't work, someone is missing the bigger picture. In this video, I'm going to break down why fragmented care keeps people stuck on medication without answers, and what a truly coordinated psychiatric treatment plan looks like instead. ⏱️ TIMESTAMPS 0:00 Psychiatrist EXPOSES Why You Keep Getting Anxiety Meds Instead of Answers 0:45 The case that exposed fragmented care 2:33 How one problem turns into five 4:07 What we do differently at Enhance Psych 5:33 Why medicine is divided into silos 7:06 When I look outside psychiatry for answers 8:31 Why more treatments isn't always better 9:22 The truth about SSRIs and side effects 11:43 Why concierge care means integration 14:00 Reopening the case before prescription four ❓ QUESTIONS ANSWERED Why do I keep getting new anxiety medications instead of real answers? Because most healthcare systems are divided into silos where each provider only looks at their own piece of the puzzle. Nobody is coordinating the whole picture, so the easiest response becomes another prescription. What should happen before starting a fourth or fifth anxiety medication? A good psychiatrist should reopen the whole case and ask what actually improved, what got worse, and which symptoms only appeared after treatment started. Sometimes the diagnosis needs to change or another medical issue is driving the anxiety. Are SSRIs always the right first choice for anxiety? SSRIs are considered low risk and are often prescribed first, but they are not automatically the right medication for every person. Side effects and treatment failures are common, which is why a broader workup matters. 🎥 WATCH NEXT    • ADHD, Burnout, or Depression? A Psychiatri...   ADHD, Burnout, or Depression: A Psychiatrist Shows You How to Tell the Difference 📱 RESOURCES Website: https://www.enhancepsych.com Enhance 360 Health: https://www.enhance360health.com Enhance Peptide: https://www.enhancepeptide.com Patient testimonials: https://enhancepsych.com/testimonials... 🔔 If you found this helpful, subscribe so you don't miss the next video breaking down the real science behind your brain, your body, and how they work together. 💬 Have you ever felt like you were doing everything right but still didn't feel like yourself?
