Guest Jeff Morris grew up with a severe speech impediment and believed he was simply part of the crowd, until a workplace training on bullying showed him much of that laughter was aimed at him. He talks with Jay about turning pain into purpose instead of bitterness, completing 100 mile ultra marathons, and logging more than 15,000 miles on foot. Now foot surgery has forced him into stillness, and he is learning who he is when he cannot run.
