The Azmaris - Yekatit

Austin, TX based The Azmaris (members of Hard Proof) contribute a killer take on Ethiopian composer Mulatu Astatke's "Yekatit" for the "Live at Level One Sound" cover series. Recorded and mixed at Level One Sound in Austin, TX.   / yekatit-master-1   Recommended the first studio recording of The Azmaris. Taking influence from Ethiopian melodies and harmony, as well as other instrumental music. They have created a moody musical adventure for the listener.   / the-azmaris
