Mt. Rinjani (raw, unfiltered, uncensored)

The climb to Mt. Rinjani was my first international climb. This video shows our journey from the Philippines to the summit and back to the Philippines. No videos nor words are enough to show and describe how beautiful the Mt. Rinjani National Park. As observed, the authorities are not limiting the number of hikers. Unfortunately, many of these hikers are irresponsible. There are a lot of trash on our way to the campsite. And we also picked some trash on our way to the summit. Apparently, these hikers do not care about the environment. I'm not even sure if they appreciate the beauty around them because they wouldn't throw trash anywhere if they do. They climb just for the sake of climbing and perhaps, for the sake of posting in the social media. This is the same case in some of the popular mountains in the Philippines.
