I'm Home

Today a personal mantra, "I'm home, I'm safe, I can move at my own pace," helped me detach from the stress of traffic and the hypervigilance I carry into social interactions. It grew into something more: a reminder of my connection to the divine. The urgency people feel bows to the laws of the universe that created us. So slow down, roll back your shoulders, and know that moving at your own pace is a step ordered by a higher order.
