NCN route 1 Coasts and castles bikepacking trip

This was very steady 4x day trip from Newcastle to Berwick Upon Tweed, following the river Tyne to Tynemouth, then following the national cycle network (NCN) route 1 all the way to Berwick Upon Tweed. The total distance was a very relaxed 120 miles, including a couple of detours to find interesting stuff along the way. It is an absolutely stunning coastline and if you choose to ride it, I urge you not to rush either!
