I Tested Wix Symphony: Can AI Agents Actually Run a Business

Wix says Symphony can work like an AI workforce, with specialized agents handling research, marketing, outreach, scheduling, and other business tasks. So I decided to test it. I created a fictional Australian e-commerce business and gave Symphony a series of real business tasks — from competitor research and marketing strategy to product launches, B2B outreach, and weekly operations. I also tested how the agents handled approvals, how they worked together, where the system failed, and how quickly the free-plan credits were used. By the end of the experiment, I had a much clearer answer to one question: Can Wix Symphony actually handle a business, or is it still just a very smart assistant? Wix Symphony launched publicly in August 2026 and is designed around a central AI orchestrator and specialized business agents.
