Gameplay of the hidden boss and hidden character Arkane in Incredible Technlogies' Street Fighter: The Movie.
Arkane's moves:

How to select Arkane: supposedly, you have to highlight Blade, press the down direction 20 times and then press all three kick buttons at once. I have tried this various times and have never been able to do it, while I was able to play as Khyber.
How to fight Arkane: On Bison's Lair Stage, wait for Blade to walk across the doorway and quickly press start. As if this wasn't already a total MK rip-off.
So here's Arkane, the first of the three Blade palette swaps in the game. Original character; do not steal. The Bison soldiers (Blade palette swaps) appear to have been born out of necessity, as a way to put Dhalsim's moves in the game without having to bother with anymore motion capture, as well as giving a little more mystery to the game. And oh did they give more mystery to the game. To this day nobody knows how to play as Arkane, to play as F7, or even to fight F7. Dhalsim's moves were split across two characters, Arkane with his limb extensions and Khyber with his firebreath moves, while F7 has the movesets of Blade, Arkane and Khyber together.
Arkane was given Bison's new electric arc attack (exclusive to this game I should add) as well as Bison's regeneration super to pad out his movelist. He also has Dhalsim's teleport, and three limb extension special moves to complete his moveset. There in lies the problem; Arkane and Khyber really do feel like one character who has been split into two, Khyber in particular. Arkane's limb moves deal decent damage and have decent range, but they pail in comparison to the abilities of most of the other characters. He is very much supposed to be a low-effort MK-style hidden boss, and it shows. Arkane really struggles against most of the other characters, although having a hidden boss who wasn't just a palette swap of Blade was a decent touch. It's just a shame he isn't dramatically viable as a character.
It should be mentioned that a Mortal Kombat film was released the year after the Street Fighter movie came out. To add insult to injury, it was actually really good, especially for a video game movie, even outperforming the Street Fighter film at the box office.
