2026 USA Games Recap Video - Special Olympics Alaska

What an unforgettable week for Team Alaska at the 2026 USA Games in Minnesota! Our delegation competed among more than 3,000 athletes from across the country. Throughout the week we cheered on incredible personal bests and unforgettable finishes while representing our amazing state with pride. Highlights included Reuben Hall's thrilling come-from-behind 800m gold medal, Alexis Lewis celebrating her 40th birthday with a bowling gold, Garrett Stortz earning silver in golf, Rachel Robinson completing her full floor routine for the first time, and the Mat-Su Unified Basketball team battling their way to silver through collaboration and teamwork. Team Alaska returned home with an incredible 13 gold, 20 silver, 2 bronze, 19 ribbons, and 54 total awards.
