Beautiful Lucid Dreaming Hypnosis for Sleep

Hypnotherapist Alicia Fairclough presents a beautiful sleep hypnosis: "Hypnosis for Lucid Dreaming". If you like this video be sure to give it a thumbs up and leave a comment below. This is a peaceful hypnosis with a gentle, slow pace. It is designed to sleep through the night so there is no exit sequence. My voice and the music will simply fade away. This is the first video I have done where it is only my voice and I am not in the video. Please let me know what you think and have a lovely sleep. Thank you to Videvo (https://www.videvo.net) for supplying the lovely candle video.
