SIwave Region in HFSS 3Dlayout | Hybrid simulation to High Speed PCB simulation more than 10GHz

2.5 D solvers are less accurate beyond 10GHz, because it didn't conside the current in Z direction (I through Via), complex transitions in the traces, etc. Method combines 2.5D solver of SIwave and 3D HFSS for better accuracy of S parameter more than 10 GHz Band.
