Finding it hard to memorise the Quran? | Shaykh al-Fawzan

Shaykh Ṣāliḥ al-Fawzān (ḥafiẓahullāh) advises someone who finds memorising the Qurʾān hard: the soul loves laziness and shies away at first, but if you train it, it comes to enjoy it. He mentions the three kinds of soul (Yūsuf 12:53) and says: do not despair. Translation: Athari Press. #quran #shaykhalfawzan #islamicquotes #salaf
