CTR: Nitro-Fueled Emperor Velo Voice Clips

All of Emperor Velo's voice clips from CTR: Nitro-Fueled, provided by Andre Sogliuzzo and rerecorded from the original Nitro Kart. After 8 Grand Prixs and many other characters being added to the game, Emperor Velo finally makes his appearance in the final GP, and Sogliuzzo manages to sound almost exactly like Steve Blum in his performance. I'm honestly surprised it took E. Velo this long to be playable, considering that Real Velo and all the other Nitro Kart bosses were in the game from day one.
