Sonic Blast (Green Hill Zone) 16 Bit Genesis Remix

Bit of a different one this time i usually stick to minor key songs but i felt adventurous so i tackled this bright and happy song tackling this made me want to remix the whole sonic blast soundtrack cause i discovered it has some really good work even though its very obscure but we will see, I'd really like to know your guy's opinion on this in the comments and yes the "art" is a terrible picture of some images i jumbled up together i am not an artist by any means ha ha EDIT I think really grew from this remix, even though im not too happy with it now i cant deny how its shapen how i make genesis music now and its because of 2 word PANS and multitracking if your making sega genesis style music and its feels like its missing somthing Pans are you go to friend for that huge open sound. and yes today i think i overused the Psg for this track. A person commented on one of my videos a couple of months ago i think, that i heavily use the psg and use like three channels of it for everything and not its enough to let the fm insturments shine in melodies which is definitely fair. but honestly its kind of become a preference of mine i feel like it gives a more open sound rather than just one single instrument doing the melody's. Adding psg to an instrument with it panned to the right or left for a melody just gives it such a huge sound i thought could never be achieved with genesis limitations i've kind of adopted the interesting psg sound kind of turned into a style of mine. i was scared of trying to stand out and be original and i have a problem straying a way from that sonic 3 sound but honestly i'd rather stray away cause i don't want to sound like every other sonic 3/2 style remix even though there is totally nothing wrong with that, its just not for me. i try to incorporate that sound into any piece of genesis music i compose now not to the extinct of sonic blast but a small dash into more faithful sonic sounding tracks like purple palace.
