Out & About: Mental Health Break (with boats)

I try, every day, to carve out some quiet time...usually in nature...to look after my mental health. Today it was much needed as I had a very frustrating day at my desk. My break today was all about the sea....and all manner of boats on it. My timing was perfect to see our lifeboats being launched. Please be kind and respectful when you share comments and opinions.
